When should I schedule a session?
Whether you are looking to build your growth mindset early on, or you are finding yourself seeking out last minute advice throughout the job application process, Grow2Pro is designed to be here when YOU need it the most. Development is only achievable when it is at your own pace!
Can I leave a suggestion for “Ask HR”?
OF COURSE! “Ask HR” is a blog designed with providing answers to college students’ most-asked questions in mind. If you have a topic suggestion that you feel your peers would benefit from, please submit it through the Contact form.
How will my appointment be held?
Once an appointment is scheduled, you will receive a follow-up email with a Zoom link that you can access from your computer, in the comfort of your own home. This platform will allow you to share your screen, videoconference, and record your session (only if you prefer to replay it).
Does my package expire?
When purchasing any package (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), the value paid never expires. You will receive a unique coupon code that you can apply immediately when booking appointments - towards one type of service with Silver, any service with Gold and Platinum.
How do I leave a review for Grow2Pro?
Thank you for taking the time to review our service offerings. All feedback is encouraged and will be posted! Select “Leaving a Review” as the Topic in the Contact form, and your response will be made publicly available within 24 hours.
Can I schedule a longer session?
At this time, all online bookings are scheduled for 30 minutes with the option to add on an extra 15 minutes (45 minutes). If you are interested in an extended session (60 minutes), please send a message through the Contact form and select “Other” as your topic. I will manually set up our appointment and quote pricing accordingly.
What if I don’t use PayPal?
As you check out, you will be redirected to complete your payment through PayPal. You will have the option of logging into your existing account or electing to pay with your preferred credit or debit card. This is NOT a subscription service, you will only be charged once.
Can I reschedule an existing appointment?
Life happens! You have the option to self-reschedule your appointment, at no additional cost, up to 12 hours before it is scheduled to take place. Please note, that appointments can only be made up to 30 days in advance.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If you are unable to reschedule your booking within the 30-day window, you have the option to cancel your appointment. Please request a refund through the Contact form, and your payment will be returned via PayPal. Additionally, you are free to reach out to suggest an alternate time outside of the calendar availability, and I will do my very best to accommodate you!
